To start you off on you Disney World vacation planning, I have designed Disney World planning worksheets. It’s FREE when you sign up for the FREE newsletter.
I like to have everything planned out and organized. These worksheets do just that. Keep track of your Walt Disney World resort and dining reservation number, your FASTPASS+ selections and your must do attractions.
Vacation Essential Information
One of the worksheets walks you through the important part of your vacation. You will need to have the resort name, number, address, confirmation number, arrival and departure date and time. Also, write down your airline name, confirmations number, arrival and departure date and time, flight number, gate and seat number.
When using the Disney World planning worksheets, it will help you make a daily plan on what you want to do on each day. List where you want to eat and what attractions you want FastPass for. Having a daily plan will help you navigate the park more efficiently.
When planning for Disney, it is easier to plan it by the hour. Don’t restrict yourself to plan it to the minute. Remember that this is just a guide and that you do not have to follow it to the T. Keep in mind that you might not get to see everything in one day. Take it all in and enjoy your time.
Finalize Your Plans
Once you hit the 60 day or 30 day mark, depending on when you book your FastPass, finalize your plans. If you are staying on Disney World property, you will be able to book 3 FastPass at the 60 day mark. If you are staying off Disney World property, you will be able to make your 3 FastPass selections 30 days before your arrival.
Write down your dining reservation confirmation numbers, with reservation time and date. This will help you keep organized. If you have children, remember to take breaks throughout the day and keep them refreshed. A good idea is to get them cold water or a cold snack like a Dole Whip!
