Mission: SPACE is getting a new mission and an update this August. Mission: SPACE is a space adventure attraction at Walt Disney World’s Epcot in Future World. Mission: Space is a centrifugal motion simulator thrill ride allowing guests to experience what astronauts might experience aboard a spacecraft on a mission to Mars. Mission: Space opening in 2003. There are two space adventures that guests can choose from: Orange and Green mission. Orange mission is more of an intense experience that can cause dizziness and nausea. The Green mission is less intense.
During the 2017 D23 Expo, it was announced that guests will be able to enjoy new adventures at Mission: SPACE. Mission: SPACE has an updated Orange Mission and a brand new Green Mission.
The updated Orange Mission will make an even more visually stunning trip to Mars. The brand new Green mission will be an adventure that will allow guests to blast off for an orbital adventure around planet Earth.
The updated Orange mission and the brand new Green mission will be available in August. You can book FastPass+ reservations as normal. If you do ride the updated Orange mission and/or the new Green Mission, please share your thoughts and experience in the comments.
