Step 8 Add Some Pixie Dust

Sprinkle your vacation with a little pixie dust to make it more magical. What can you make Disney more magical? Add some pixie dust by booking the Happily Ever After Fireworks Dessert Party, Ferrytale Dessert Party, Pirate and Pals Dessert Party, a makeover at Bibbity Bobbity Boutique, a haircut or hairstyle at Harmony Barber Shop, Pirates Adventure Cruise, Wonderland Tea Party, The Pirates League makeover, and/or so much more. Add some pixie dust by booking one of these special experiences to build more special memories. Children enjoy these little surprise and it will leave them talking about it months after your Disney World vacation.

Happily Ever After Fireworks Dessert Party

At the end of a great day at Walt Disney’s Magic Kingdom, add some pixie dust by enjoying an unforgettable fireworks dessert party at the Happily Ever After Fireworks Dessert Party. Indulge in decadent desserts while watching the  fireworks over Cinderella Castle. You will also see Tinker Bell flying from Cinderella’s Castle.

Pirate and Pals Dessert Party

The adventure starts at Disney’s Contemporary Resort  with a spread of  party snacks like popcorn and ice cream novelties. Get ready to meet Captain Hook and Mr. Smee who are looking for new recruits before you set sail. Then you will embark on a cruise on the Seven Seas Lagoon for the fireworks finale.

Bibbity Bobbity Boutique

Surprise your little princess or prince with a royal makeover. The Bibbity Bobbity Boutique salon is where guests are magically transformed into little princesses and knights.

Harmony Barber Shop

The Harmony Barber Shop on Main Street, U.S.A. is a charmingly old-fashioned place for Guests of all ages to get a haircut. Why not take your baby for their first haircut. The “My First Haircut” package includes commemorative Mickey Ears and a certificate.

Pirates Adventure Cruise

Children ages of 4 to 12 years old can set sail on a pirate adventure for approximately 2 hours, following clues to discover hidden treasure. There are 4 pirate adventures to choose from.

Disney’s Pirate Adventure
The pirate fun adventure departs from Disney’s Grand Floridian. Cross the Bay Lake and Seven Seas Lagoon, searching the treasures of a real Florida pirate – “The Legend of Gasparilla.”
Islands of the Caribbean Pirate Cruise
Buccaneers will gather at Disney’s Caribbean Beach resort and will set sail the Ports of the Caribbean waters, as they hear the story of Old Port Royale and its pirate-laden past.
Albatross Treasure Cruise
Pirates will be on a hunt for “The Legend of the Albatross” starting at the Bayside Marina at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resort.
No Longer Available
Bayou Pirate Adventure
Buccaneers will adventure to Disney’s Port Orleans and Riverside Resort. They will set sail down the Sassagoula River and listen to the legends surrounding Captain Jean Lafitte;one of the most infamous pirates ever to haunt the waters of New Orleans.

This is a fun adventure for children. They really do have a blast. My four children have been on all except for Disney’s Pirate Adventure from the Grand Floridian. So far, their absolute favorite pirate adventure is Albatross Treasure Cruise. They love that they got to sneak into Epcot. Every time we go through the World Showcase, my children point out where they snuck in through.

Wonderland Tea Party

Join Alice and Mad Hatter for a whimsical tea party complete with games, a craft, cupcake decorating, and special “tea” (apple juice). The Wonderland Tea Party lasts one hour.

My four children have been to the WOnderland Tea Party 4 times already and they just don’t seem to get tired of it. They love the intimate time with the characters (Alice and the Mad Hatter). They have so much fun. There are activities, arts and crafts, cup cake decorating, fun and laughter. To top it all off, there are no parents allowed. My children enjoyed that part.

The Pirates League Makeover

Transformation yourself into a pirate. First, you will receive your Official Pirate Name as recorded from the leather-bound captain’s log. Next, you you will receive a makeover. Once you have fully transformed, you will enter the Secret Room where you will find a hidden treasure.

Every time we visit Walt Disney World, my four children get the pirate makeover. This is something that they look forward to it and of course they love the pirate parade and the Captain Jack Sparrow show right across from the Pirates League Makeover.

Princess Tea Party

Young princesses and princes are can enjoy music, dancing, storytelling and more at the tea party. Young royals sip apple juice “tea” and feast on heart-cut jelly sandwiches, ham and cheese sandwiches, grapes and Princess Cake. Princess Aurora herself may also make an appearance, so be sure to bring your cameras and autograph books!

Disney Floral & Gifts

To enhance your resort stay and make magical memories have Disney Floral & Gifts arrange a Disney In-Room Celebration. Choose from many occasions and arrangements that fit your celebration needs.

Gifts Left By Their Favorite Character

You can buy gifts and leave them in the room with a note from their favorite character. I like to buy gifts from the when they are on sale. I bring it with me on vacation and when we are off to the parks, I will say I forgot something in the room and that I will catch up with the group. Then I set up the gifts with the notes. My children still think that they get gifts from their favorite Disney character. Some people call this Tinker Bell gifts. But I like it coming from their favorite characters. My children tell us that their favorite character brought them a gift because they know what they like. It’s all too cute.
